More Pool Progress (photos and video)

Here is the pool with the liner & water:

Since we are getting it installed so late in the year, once they finish installing the pool, they're going to close it for the winter. Ryan decided he had to jump in and "enjoy" the pool at least once before they closed it up.

We're having an ongound pool installed. This is basically an above ground pool installed in the ground. Hopefully we'll have the "After" pictures soon. In the meantime, anyone need some dirt?

Our Little Dancers

The girls are both taking dance classes this year. So far, they really seem to enjoy it. Lainey's friend from preschool is in her class, which makes it even more fun for her.

I may be biased, but I think Alyssa's the best in her class.

School Pictures

Lainey had her school pictures today. She would not smile, even with me bribing her with skittles. So, I immediately took some pictures of her when we got home. So, these may be the pics we pass out depending on how her others one turned out. The last one's the best.

Fun Fall Field Trips

Day # 1

Lainey went on a field trip to Tuttle Orchard on Wednesday. This was her first field trip with preschool, and she had a great time picking apples and playing with her friends.

Snack time! Lainey kept raising her hand and yelling "More!" because she wanted more applesauce. I'm sure glad I taught my daughters manners.

Day #2

Alyssa's class went on a field trip on Thursday to the exact same apple orchard. Here is Alyssa picking apples from the exact same tree Lainey picked from the day before:

Alyssa has informed me that this is the last field trip that I get to go on with her, since she's so grown up now. I had a great time, and have loved all of the fun I've been able to experience with her on her school trips. At least I still get to go on a few more with Lainey :)

Labor Day Fun

Ryan, Grammy, & Papaw went to Fort Ben on Labor Day for some hiking. I had to work, so I didn't get to join in the fun. Here are some pics from their day, starting with my favorite of the 2 girls:

Maya & Bennett's First B-day Party

Last weekend, we went to a joint birthday party for Maya and Bennett. There were tons of family & friends which made for a super fun party.
